...Pasalamatan...

This is my first time to go to Pasalamatan. This is for people whose religion is Iglesia ng Diyos na Buhay. That is the religion of my father and this was held last December 30. I went with my father to Pasalamatan, it is national so all of the Iglesia people will go there. The place is on Bulacan and the place is very big. I wore a skirt because it is required. Even though I'm Catholic I still went there to see it and to go with my father.

Because it is national, my cousins and relatives from Bataan also went there. My father said that it is also a way so that the relatives who are far from each other can see each other in this event. I saw my cousins and relatives from Bataan and we talked a lot. I miss them already. We ate lunch together then after the pasalamatan we go home already. It's almost a day event. We just sit there listening to the sermon.

I really want to go there on January 1 but my father said that he will do something. My cousins in Bataan told me to "pilit" my father that we go there because we will have an outing but my father said that just next time, on Feb. 12, birthday of my grandmother, Nanay Ine.

bye bye...

...Christmas Day...

Christmas is done already. Before Christmas, we went to SM to buy clothes. I really don't want to buy clothes because I'm not that addicted to clothes. I will just buy food instead of buying those clothes. I'm thinking that I still have clothes so why do I have to buy. Then at Christmas we will wear those clothes and the first place we go is to church. We pray there to thank God and greet him Happy Birthday and Merry Christmas.

After that we are going to our ninong and ninang to ask for our aguinaldos. Me, I don't need to go to other far place because my godparents are my aunties and uncles. Our houses are near to each other. I, myself, is a godparent. I have four "inaanaks". I gave them gifts and money.

I love Christmas.I "hulog" some of my aguinaldo to my paluwagan and then the others I spend it... I also love Christmas because my family is complete and my cousins are all here...

...Christmas Party...

CHRISTMAS PARTY!!!

Christmas party is one of my most awaited event in our school. This year's Christmas party is different from the party we are usually doing. Now, there will be no school level and the party will be year level. Each section will contribute food to supply the needs of the students.

After eating, the students went to change their clothes. Then the games started. It's fun to watch them. I didn't participate in any games except the LONGEST LINE where all students are required to join. I ate many and my contribution is Menudo. There are many foods. The event flowed smoothly because the teachers and some of the students are the one who are putting the food on the plate and organizing the games.

I really enjoyed the longest line game. All of us participated in that game. It is by section and our section is the winner...yehey... The exchange gift is also per year level. I got a sim card from Sheila...thank you...

Merry christmas to all...

...YOUTH CAMP...

I really wanted to join this youth camp because it is just in our school and I know that it will be really fun. I will enjoy more also because my bestfriends are included here. Mimi, Judy and Ralph also joined the camp.

At first it was 3 days and 2 nights but it became 2 days and 1 night because there will be a brownout in Maragondon so the participants will not be comfortable. It's ok for us because we know that we will still enjoy even though it is a short time.

After the math festival, we changed our clothes and we went to the gym. They introduce us the speakers and the talk starts. For every talk, there is a group discussion. We were grouped into many groups and we were asked to share some of our experiences that is our related to our talk. At first I'm nervous because maybe I cannot share anything but when we were grouped already I've recalled some of my experiences. It's really fun to share and hear the experiences of other people.

We also play Archer, Rabbit, Wall. I love that game. Me and Judy are still playing that when we don't have anything to do. We also sing and dance. We also have the Baby Angel and my baby is Algeneve. I hope she liked the gift I gave to her. It's really nice to know when you're baby is happy.

And the finale is that we were baptist to be a YFC. And I also didn't expect that our parents will come there. I love that part.

WHAT A HAPPY EXPERIENCE...
LOVE YOU GOD...

..Math Festival...

We had our P.T this week, Wednesday and Thursday. It's really hard especially the Physics and Chemistry. I'm really sure that I will fail on this tests and also on other subjects. That's my way of thinking, I'm always thinking negative not positive. It's because if I think positive and my expectation was not met, I will be really disappointed.

I was not able to study much because I always forgot some of my notebooks and books so just study some of my lessons at school. It's ok because I know that I did my best in all of my exams.

MATH FESTIVAL...

I really love when we have program at school where many people will perform at stage and me I will just watch. I really love the MATHaba portion. Our contestants there are Iahm and Elisha. Iahm won the best in talent. I'm really proud of them. My classmates also won the Math Quiz Bee. They are Lara, Vhil and Nino Rey. I thought the fourth year students will win the quiz bee because they know more lessons in Math than us but the third year students champion the contest. It just prove that my classmates are really good in Math.

CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL FOR THIS ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL EVENT...

...COLOR GAME...

November 29, 2009

We went to "perya" this Saturday night. The "perya" is on Naic because the fiesta in this place is already near. After playing other games, I decided to bet on a color game. I placed my money on color red. Then I just leave for a while because the place is very crowded but I can still see the game. I saw that red won but it took me time to reach my money then suddenly I saw a girl, she's getting my money. Then I went to her and I said that it's mine, then she gave it to me but she keeps saying that I didn't bet on that color but I can really remember that I bet on that. The girl is well-dressed and she is about my age so I didn't expect her to do such thing. I just can't believe that there are people like that.

The Youth Camp and the Math Festival also happened this week but maybe I'll just make it a topic on my other posts...

bye-bye...

...VOLLEYBALL...

I'm the first one to go to our new classroom. I want to be early at school so I can do more things especially if there are lessons that I didn't finish to study at home. Our parents went to school last Thursday to talk about the blessing of our new room and the PTC on Monday. They said that it will be our P.T. next week but I'm not sure.

Oh yes! It's my first time to play volleyball. I played as a substitution because I really don't know how to play. We need to play because if we will not play, we will not have grades. I substitute in place of Aries. I'm just there standing. All of them are going to the ball to hit it, but me I'm just there standing in one place, laughing because I don't know what I'm doing and nervous at the same time, very nervous. Still, even though I didn't help, our team still won. TEAM ALERT!!!

Sanglay won first place in his contest, congratulations! We also have a new seating arrangement and my seatmate is Nikko. Goodluck to us on Monday on PTC. Bye...

...NEW HOME...

NOVEMBER 14, 2009

We transferred again this week to one of the rooms in the Maliksi Building. We were the first one to transfer there. It's nice there because the floor is tiles and the air is strong so even though we don't have electric fans, it's still cold. It's not yet blessed so our parents, maybe, will come there to talk about that matter. We don't have yet electric fans because the wiring is not yet fixed.

Ma'am Belle is also not there because she is reviewing Sanglay for the contest. And, speaking of the contest, the Jazz Chant of our school won again in the Division Level, First Place. Congratulations! It's because of your teamwork and cooperation and of course because of your coach.

I really love PBB: Double Up. I'm watching it very night while I'm studying and doing my assignments. It's very exciting especially the weekly tasks. I love House A and I really love Melay and Jason. They are very funny. That's all for this week... bye-bye...

...Spanish Class...

This week we just checked our testpapers and we had our our difficult examination in Chemistry. I failed on both Physics and Chemistry. It's very hard even though I studied it. This week is also the start of our term paper in English. I'm one of the leaders and I'm doing my best to be cooperative with my members. My members are from different section and our team's name is Nitrous Hydroxide Team but it's still not sure.

We also had our Spanish class this week. It's fun learning a different language. I love this subject. We will have two classes per week. This week we learned about the Spanish alphabet and numbers. We were able to spell our name using the Spanish Alphabet.

The Rover Vigil was also held this Friday. We really cleaned the room and me, Judy and Chelzza cleaned the C.R. The teachers will use our room so we really cleaned it and put folding beds. We went home earlier that day so we, me, Judy and Mimi, still went out to buy foods.

Adios...

...GIRL SCOUT CAMPING IN THE SCHOOL...

After all the assemblies and the preparations made for the Girl Scout Camping in the school, it was already held last October 28 and 29. My godfather and godmother came in the school for the investiture. The green girl scout uniform that I wear was just borrowed by my auntie and it's short for me. (haha)... I just put a pin on the lower part of my dress so it will not open. The time for this camping is really short so the time table should be really followed or else the activities will not be all accomplished.

Our troupe and our patrol didn't win any award but it's ok because what is important is the fun and the experiences you had during the camping. The activities that I like the most is the Campfire and the Orienteering Course(Treasure Mapping). The night during the campfire, we are all silent for we will enter the gate of silence and we also lighted the candles. We sang the songs and each troupe presented their presentation. Me, my participation is that I sang the background songs for the interpretative dance. I also like the orienteering course because it's an adventure that we will look for clues inside the school. The answer is our theme, "Together We Can Change Our World". We were able to answer it but we were not able to find all the clues. First, we drew the map then look for the clues and wrote it on the map we have drawn.

I will never forget this camping for I met many friends from different years and I have fun so much... Thanks for the experience... Oh yes,,, we still have project on Physics....bye!!!

...Saturday Practice...

We went to school this Saturday to practice our investiture proper and to learn the different songs and claps. It's so much fun learning new songs, knowing different claps and bonding with your friends. The "break clap" is the clap that I loved the most. It's from break 1-10. At first I cannot understand what to do but one patrol leader taught us how, now I knew it already and I love doing it always. I'm already excited for our camp next week but for the P.T, of course I'm not excited.

Judy and I already started to join the worship every afternoon with Mimi and Ralph. In my elementary years, I remember we are also worshipping God at the first Monday of each month. We are singing songs to Him, the teachers are telling stories to us and there is also a presentation. I missed that times and now that I'm a 3rd year, I will start doing it again. I also want to learn new songs in praising the Lord.

It's P.T. next week and I didn't bring any book but it's ok, there's still Monday. I really love cramming because when I'm not cramming, I'm forgetting the things that I've learn. I will do again comics strip but this time, it's for Math. Hai!!!

...rest day...

It's like our rest day this Friday. The students in our section are almost half because many students from our section joined the regional science camp in Laguna. There are also few teachers that day so its really our time to rest, relax, talk and laugh with our friends.

I also had fun using the graphing calculator in our subject in Math. That is my first time to hold and use that kind of calculator. You can solve and graph many kinds of equations in that calculator but its price is expensive.

We also did many experiments this week. I think doing experiment is a good way to teach concepts to students. On experiments, the students are the one thinking and discovering the ideas to be learned. It's really fun to conduct experiments. We also played Sci-Dama this week. This is my first time to play that kind of dama. It's pretty hard because you should have knowledge about ions.

We also went to SM Bacoor this Saturday. It's sale so there are really many people. It's hard to move because you will bump to other people but it's ok because the price is pretty low. When we will go home, we took almost 2 hours to go out of the parking area. It's because it's traffic so it's already late when we got home. It's ok because I was still able to watch PBB. HAHA...

...Skating...

Me and my cousins went to Mall of Asia last week. My cousin said that we will skate there so I'm really excited. I take a bath then wore on my dress, then we went there. I'm really excited because it's my first time to try to skate. We already got there and then when I saw the skaters there, they are really good. I got nervous and I tried to back out because maybe I will fell there and many people will laugh at me. My cousin said that I must go for experience so I tried. I wore the shoes required and the helmet. On my first step in the rink, I nearly fell. The surface is really smooth. I'm just on the sides, holding on the fences there. Then my cousin got us a coach to teach us. Now I can walk alone but I can't really skate. I think while practicing, I fell 5 times and it hurts for my leg. It's ok, at least I experienced how to skate and I promise I will go back there again with my cousins.

Our camping will be on October 28 and 29 and our troupe's name is change, it's already Twitter. It's because our theme is "Together We Can Change Our World". The other troupe's name are Facebook, Multiply and others. Me and Paola Laurice were assigned to make the flag, so we met this Saturday. I'm glad I have a new friend in first year.

Bye-Bye...Good luck on the exam in AP....

...TYPHOON ONDOY...

There are no classes this Monday and Wednesday up to Friday. We just went to school this Tuesday and supposed to be, we will not also have classes this day because of the Typhoon Ondoy. It really caused flooding in many areas in Metro Manila like in Marikina and Pasig. Many people were badly affected. Most of the houses were destroyed because of the flood. Because of this we were asked if we were willing to give donations, if we were willing, we just bring it to school this Wednesday. I brought some clothes and canned goods.

After that, me and Judy went to the birthday of Iahm. (HAPPY B-DAY IAHM!!!) The food is really delicious and many friends of Iahm went there also.

We went skating on MOA last week with my cousins. We asked for a coach who will teach us to skate and while practicing, I fell (I think) four times. Unfortunately I still don't know how to skate but I think with more practice, me and my cousin can learn it. PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT...

...GOD'S GIFT...

“I have learned that to have a good friend is the purest of all God's gifts, for it is a love that has no exchange of payment.” – Frances Farmer

For me, my friends are very special and I couldn’t imagine my life in school without my friends. I think my life as a student will be very boring without the support of my true friends. Having good and true friends is really a God’s gift to all of us and we must always remember that true friendship cannot be bought by money. We must learn to treasure the friendship we have nowadays.

We can always count on our true friends. They help us on our problems on life; they are there to cheer us when we are down and to correct us when we are doing something wrong. They are always on our side and they bring out the best in us. When we are with our friends, we feel so happy and comfortable. I always want to be with them because they always make me laugh. We can also share our innermost feelings to them because we know that they will not laugh at us but they will understand us and give us advice.

We cannot buy true friendship so we must learn to treasure it. I love my friends very much and as much as possible, I want to show to them how much they mean to me. We must show to them that we love them and that we appreciate the things they are doing to us. We must always be grateful that we have friends because our friends are God’s gift to us.

Camping...

Since first year I'm really hoping for a camping in our school like the one in my elementary days. On my elementary, I remember that we are having a camping in our school every year. I really love it especially the obstacles and the hiking. Being not in the house and being with your friends for a few days is really fun. I really missed those times so I'm very happy when I heard that we will have a camping this third year. I'm in team "Masining" and it's the opposite of me because I'm really not a creative person.

There are days this week where we were not allowed to use the electricity and the other facilities of the school including our comfort room. It was really hot and we don't have water also because it was not allowed. It was because Ma'am Arceo got angry to us but I think she is not that angry anymore because she is talking to our other classmates.

We will have our periodic test next week and it's really a relief that we can study for three days because we don't have classes this Monday for this day is the end of Ramadan. Bye...

Intramurals '09 -'10

We went to Bataan this Saturday morning and went back to Naic this Sunday evening. We went there to celebrate the 70th birthday of my grandfather, Lolo Didong as I call him. Me and my cousins ate many especially the fruit salad and the homemade tocino of my auntie. It's good there and I hope we will go back there again.

This Friday afternoon, we had our Intramurals. Our team coach is Iahm, a student from III - Hydrogen. He is really a good leader. The truth is I really don't feel that it's Intrams because it is not like the Intramurals the previous years. I hope that we will have enough time for the Intramurals.

The periodical test should be really next week but it was postponed. I don't know why but I know that we will have the exam on maybe September 22 and 23. I'm not sure.

I'm not yet finished on our project in Chemistry, the alum chunks. At first I was able to make one but when we are getting it, it broke into pieces, so I will just pass on Monday, even though there's already a deduction.

Bye...Have a nice weekend...

Expect the Unexpected

This Friday is our PTC, this means that in this day we will know all the grades we have and our guardians will go to school to get our card. My representative is my auntie, as usual. But what really surprised me is that I'm in the top 10. I'm really surprised because I thought that I will not be there but thanks God really, I'm there.

In Math, that's the subject I think I will be low and also Advanced Statistics. In my quizzes and long test in Advanced Stat. I'm really low like my score is 7/23 but thanks to Sir I still got a high grade. In Chemistry, I know that I'm not answering in the recitation like what Ma'am Belle is saying to me but I just don't want to answer wrong because maybe I will be laugh at or scolded and sometimes there are no ideas that are coming to my mind. I'm also surprised that we have grades in AP eh we are not yet checking the assignments.

This week I'm always early in school. I'm always the first student to log in the log book. This is because my father is the one that is driving for me. I really want to be early because I can do many things like to study for a test or a quiz. We have new seating arrangement and my seatmate is Sanglay.

A Memorable Trip To Bataan

At first I really didn't want to go with my parents when they told me that we will go to Bataan to visit my cousins and other relatives there. I really don't want and I'm trying to make excuses like I will do many projects and assignments and I need to study because there will be exams. But I was not able to convince my father, he said that I must go with them. The reason why I don't want to go is because I'm not close to them and I'm shy to them so I will be out of place there.

But all of my expectations are wrong. I can really say that I changed a little with my attitude because when I went there last time, I'm really shy and I cannot talk with my cousins but now I'm not shy and I became good friends with my cousins easily. I like there even we are only there for one day, I have many cousins there and we are happy when we were gathered together. I really want to be there up to Monday but my father said that it will be traffic if we will go home on Monday.

I'm really sad that we are going home earlier. I still want to spend time with my cousins, play with them and talk with them. In fact, I want to live there so I think when I'm college I will live and study there. I will really miss them and I promise that I will go there this semestral break (if we have...) and this summer vacation.

No classes this Monday...ENJOY...

At Last...

At last...We were allowed to speak in Tagalog (Yehey!). But sometimes I accidentally speak in English because that's the language I always use (haha...). It's really good if I can express my feelings and suggestions easily.

My father also came home this week, Thursday night, from Bahrain. I easily get along with him and I'm already not shy to him. When my father is here, our house is very clean. It's because my father loves to clean, you cannot see him just sitting there around, you will always see him sweeping and wiping the floor many times. His the opposite of me because me, I'm very lazy. They also decided that I must have my own room so they fixed it and it's good because I have my own television in my room.

I also got annoyed with the tricycle drivers outside the Jollibee. They are the one asking "Ma'am sakay po ba kayo?" I already said no then they will still keep on asking you. The next time (same day) I got out of Jollibee, they still ask the same thing,I just got irritated, maybe I'm not in the mood.

That's all for this week. We don't have classes this Friday...

P.T. 1.2

We had our second periodic test this week (August 12 - 13). I can say that I had a really hard time answering the questions especially the subjects for the second day. We were half day last Wednesday because it was our first day of periodic tests. First, I studied Anal. Geom. but because I'm lying down on a sofa while studying, I fell asleep. I think I woke up around 4 pm then I studied again at 8 pm. I didn't finish reviewing all the subjects especially Chemistry and Physics. I woke up at 3 am to study both subjects and I'm really cramming that time.

GOOD NEWS: We don't have exam on AP and Advanced Stat. We will have it on Monday.

Ah! Yes, about the blotting paper we will use on Chemistry, it's really hard to find where we can buy it. Jona said there's none on SM Bacoor, I think I will just use filter paper. We had two projects to pass on Chemistry on Monday and I hope it was given earlier so we had enough time to do it (suggestion).

We also attended the funeral mass for the husband of Ma'am de Vera. Our principal is really a strong woman and I admire her very much. We also didn't have classes this Friday, because it is the day before the fiesta of Maragondon. I'm very happy about it...Yehey...

bye...

I Hate Waiting!!!

We already passed our blogs in English. We had passed it earlier because we were dismissed earlier that day. I'm not sure about the reason but I think it's about the bad weather. We went home 1:30 at the afternoon so we didn't have our flag retreat. Our driver doesn't know about it so we asked Ma'am Arceo if we can text in her cellphone and she said yes (Thanks a lot Ma'am,you're really a mother). So we went out and waited for our service. I just got irritated because I think we waited there for almost one hour. I'm not in the mood that time to wait for it. Sometimes, I hate waiting. I already texted him and then he will come late eh I want to go home early so I can rest and watch tv. (I really hate that...) Then we decided, me and my companion to ride on a jeep, we were about to go when our service came (Thanks God...).

Ah...Yes...We will have our periodic test next week. I didn't study for it these weekends. I think I have a lot of time to study but time is really fast. I just spent my time surfing the net and watching tv. So this Sunday, I'm cramming for the things I need to study especially for our long test in Advanced Statistics. I really didn't understand that lesson about probability (very confusing).

That's all and Bye...

New Seating Arrangement

The induction of PTA officers was held this week. It was so much fun because of the presentation numbers by each year level. For our year level, Mrs. Quinto, the mother of my classmate sang and she has a very good voice. I salute her!!! I think another mother also sang and she also has a sweet and high voice. Another father sang with guitar another presentation is like a choir. It's good to know that they are very active in participating for the activities in our school.

We also have a new seating arrangement and I'm on the front. My seatmates are Joshua and Jed. I think it's good for me to be in the front because I have eye defect (nearsightedness). But I think I still cannot see when our teacher is writing on the right side of the board because I'm on the left side of the room. What a difficulty I have! I think that's the reason also why I don't understand well some of our lessons.

Ah! Yes... About President Cory, her story is really touching. She is a very good leader that's why many people love her as we can see on the news. Thank you very much President Cory and we will not forget you because you became a very big part for giving democracy in our country.

Bye...

Last Week of July

This is the last week of July and I really love this week. Why?

We didn't have AP for the whole week because Ma'am Nazareno is on leave. We just did some lectures but sometimes we were doing our assignments in other subjects on AP time to lessen the things we will do at home. We also did many laboratory activities this week and I want it. I hate discussions than laboratory works but the problem is after doing experiments we will make a technical report. I hate doing reports because for me it's very long (for me only...) but I know I need to do that.

We received already our formal theme and for me I got a good grade already (thanks God...). I admit that I'm really not good at writing themes because I'm not imaginative. No ideas are coming to my mind, I don't know why, maybe I'm just like that. One thing more, I think I'm also very messy with my things, I'm trying to fix it but it's still messy (haha!!!). I think that's the reason why I feel so crowded in my place, I'm really a messy person.Nothing much happened this week except for the fact that we didn't have AP for the whole week. I think next week there will be the induction of PTA officers.

Bye...

Birthday Celebrants

I really didn't notice that it's already Friday and it's maybe because we didn't have something to do this week. We also don't have assignments for the weekends (is it the first time?), and I'm very happy. I think we just need to bring the materials for arts and the long envelope for our letter in Filipino. This Friday, only 14 of us are in the room, the other 16 is in the seminar and the other one is excuse. We are just few so only some teachers have their classes, some teachers just asked us to have lectures and do some activities.

But on Advanced Statistics, it's really different. Our teacher told us about the product he is selling, the Vita Plus. It's really good for our body for it can make our immune system stronger and it also cleans our blood. Sir also told us how can we earn money by selling this product, it's really fast, you can earn thousands per week (if you are industrious!!!).

We also don't have Chemistry for the whole week and we don't know why. We also had our long test in Social Studies and it's all essays. It's 10 essays and 5 points each. I will really be thankful if I pass there. (a miracle...)

There are also many birthday celebrants this week. Ma'am Arceo, our adviser, celebrated her birthday last July 20. Our section really prepared for her birhday. There is cake and there are certificates. Someone is also taking pictures and videos and some boys also presented a very funny presentation number. My bestfriend, Judy, celebrated her birthday last July 23 and Carisse celebrated hers yesterday, July 24. (Belated Happy Birhtday to all of you!!!)

Bye...Have a nice weekend(no assignments)..

Induction Week

Last Friday, we were dismissed earlier in the afternoon, 3:00 pm. Thanks to Typhoon Isang, we could go home earlier and finished our assignments. It was raining from the morning until the afternoon, so I really thought that there should be no classes. Thursday night, I really watched the news hoping that classes will be suspended in Cavite, but Cavite is neither on signal # 1 or 2. I also watched the morning news but nothing happened, classes are not suspended so I cannot do anything about it and get dressed up and go to school.

The induction of officers was also held last week. Thanks to this event because we didn't have our afternoon subjects, especially our AP subject. Many bands have played songs during this event, including the band of our section, the Between Benevolence and we really supported them. I knew that they did their best and I'm really proud of them. They sung "That's What You Get" by Paramore. The SALIW dance troupe also performed and I really admire their good and exciting moves.

We also checked our papers this week, and my prediction got true, I really failed in Analytic Geometry. I don't know why but I'm really not good at Math. We also took our exam in MAPEH this week because we were not able to have exam last P.T. I hate our exam in Health because it's long for me because it's full of essays. We already passed our Home Reading Report and Suring - Basa. We also helped Ma'am Tolentino checked the cleanliness of our Suring - Basa.

Bye...Have a nice weekend...

Examination Days

After weeks of studying our lesson, we finally had our periodical test this July 8 and 9. I'm nervous at first because maybe I will not pass because almost all of our teachers are new and I don't know what kind of exam they are giving, but I think I really didn't pass on other subjects like Math and Analytic Geometry. Our exams here are long and I'm not able to finish it in the alloted time. We didn't have our exam in MAPEH and I'm very happy.

We had our Research Symposium this Friday and I really loved it. Our guest speaker, Dr. Rodolfo S. Treyes, is really an expert in the field of Research. He is not boring because he is also joking while lecturing but sometimes I also got dizzy and sometimes I just chat with my classmates. I'm glad also because we didn't have classes and it's just like a rest day for us after our very long examinations.

I did my best in our periodical test so I hope I can pass our exams even though not all because I can predict that I will fail on the other subjects. I want and I'm excited to know my scores on Monday, even though it's high or it's low.

Our AP Subject

Nothing much happened this week. I'm also very happy because I think we just have one session for AP this week. I really don't hate AP that much but now that I'm a junior, I hate it totally.

Why I hate our AP subject?

The first reason is we are having our quiz before the discussion. Like what my other teacher said, teaching should be doing a banking system, deposit before withdraw. But on AP, we are using the reversed one. Before this subject, all of us are studying for the impossible quiz, just like what my other classmates call it. It's impossible because I think the one I'm studying is not included on the quiz so I think all of us are failing. So, I think we should have the discussion first so we can answer something on our quiz.

I'm also not participating that much in this subject. I don't know the answer to her questions. Even though I have the idea, still sometimes I'm hesitating to answer because maybe it's wrong and she will get mad at me.

We also had our long test in Anal. Geometry. It's very hard and I didn't finish it. We will have long test on Math on Monday and I think on other subjects too because we will have our examination on July 8 and 9.

I will still do my Suring - Basa and Homereading Report. I will still study and do my homeworks. My schedule is very full and I hope I can finish it.

Bye!

Try and Try Until You Succeed (June 29, 2009 - Special Blog Entry)

There are times in which people just want to give up. This is because of the difficulties they are encountering in their life. I think I'm one of the people who wants to give up but as far as I can remember I'm not yet giving up and I will not give up no matter what happen.

There are many reasons why people especially a student like me wants to give up. I want to give up sometimes especially when I'm a freshman student because of the hardships and the different obstacles I'm experiencing. There are always many assignments and many lessons to study. I'm always sleeping late because of that. I think it's also about the new set of teachers, classmates and the new environment. Sometimes I also want to be active in class like answering the questions of my teachers but I'm afraid that I will get wrong.

It's good that my friends and my classmates are there to help me in my every failure on life. They are there to cheer and to encourage me to don't give up and to go for it. There is also my family, they are the one who is motivating and supporting me in whatever I do. I want also to prove to myself that I can do things I try and strive for it.

For me, try and try until you succeed. Go for your goals no matter how many difficulties and obstacles you are encountering.

No Classes!

I really love this week. We just went to school for 3 days because of the Typhoon Feria. We were the one who lead on the flag ceremony last Monday and we did it well. Many boys were excuse that time so all girls joined the exercise. The songs for our exercise made the other students happy and laughing. Our choreography was also good.

There is a typhoon but it didn't rain that much so I went to the fiesta of San Juan. I went to my relatives there and I ate Menudo, my favorite viand. Then last Thursday, we didn't have classes also and I'm very happy when I heard the news about that. I planned to make my LSB but I just didn't do it because I just rest that day and I said there is still Saturday and Sunday.

About our AP subject, I think I cannot get good grades there because all my quizzes are failed and I'm not participating that much because I don't know the answer to the questions of our teacher. It's hard because we are having our quiz before the discussion but she's telling us what to review. It's really a difficult subject.

On Chemistry, we will study monoatomic cations and anions and we will have quiz on Monday. I will memorize many symbols again and I hope my effort here can let me pass the quiz next week. We will also have long test on Advanced Statistics and I forgot it already especially the sets.

I'm confused on our lesson on Physics. It's about curved mirrors. I'm confused on what is the position of the concave and convex mirrors and on the ray diagrams. I'm not good at it.

This Friday the Earthwatch Teens were presented and they had their fashion show and they introduce themselves. Mizpah and Vhil were our candidates and we supported them by clapping and shouting their names. We didn't have flag retreat and I'm very happy because I can go home early. I love this week and I hope the next weeks will also be like this.

Plenty of Quizzes and Assignments!

Time is really fast. It is just like Monday yesterday and now it's already Friday. I'm enjoying going to school but I really hate homeworks and especially quizzes but I know that it's part of my life. Next week, III - Nitrogen will be the one to lead the flag ceremony and the flag retreat and I'm really laughing at Judy because she was very nervous when she was told that she will be the one to beat for the national anthem. For me, I will be really nervous because you will face all the CNSHS students and when you got wrong, they will all laugh at you. I hope Judy can overcome her fear.

We also made a pinhole camera in Physics, it was really good. The image can be seen on the tracing paper but we had assignment about that. I'm also excited for the Spanish subject and we will have it next Monday. Ma'am Atendido said she will give us first a diagnostic test. I know that I will just guess there but it's just ok because it's not graded. I am really happy about that Spanish lesson because I want to learn other languages and we are really lucky to have that subject.

On our Advanced Statistics, I'm always sleepy, it's not because I'm bored but because of the time we are having this class. We are having it before lunch. I think I'm not the only one who is sleepy at that time. Sir Ces is really funny and has plenty of jokes.

I have many problems at school but I'm also having fun there and it is because of the company of my classmates and teachers. They always make me happy and comfortable so I'm really thankful that I've met them and they become part of my life.

Classes are Suspended

Another week had past again. Time is really fast. Many interesting things and events happened this week and if they will ask me about our lessons, it's getting more complicated. This is a very tiring week but we have a 3 - day weekend this week because we didn't have classes this Friday.

Like I've said earlier, our lessons are becoming harder especially in Chemistry, there are many local and foreign scientists and we have to remember their contributions to the field of Chemistry. It's also hard for me to study Analytic Geometry because I know I'm really not good at Mathematics but I'm trying to be good at it.My first choice for my elective subject is Zoology but it was announced that all third year students must take Analytic Geometry. We have started the English Speaking Campaign this Monday. When I entered the school this Monday, I forgot about the campaign so I spoke few Tagalog words. It's fun to speak English and I know that this campaign can really help us in many ways.

We didn't have classes this June 12 because it was Independence Day. Even though we didn't have school, we have plenty of assignments to do so I started making it this Friday so I can finish it earlier. We were also required to bring a health kit for some emergencies and in our flag retreat, our principal, Mrs. Estrellita de Vera, had announced some of the preventions for the AH1N1 virus. It was said that cleanliness is the most important to avoid this kind of disease.President of each club was also announced during our flag ceremony.

I'm excited for the next weeks and I hope it will be more enjoying and interesting. Like what Ma'am Adet had told us, we can learn while having fun.

My First Week as a Third Year Student

New beginnings, challenges and experiences, always being statement to me but at the same time a feeling of fear and nervousness will not be left behind. During my vacation, I' m always thinking of what this year will be like and I'm preparing myself emotionally that I'll be okay and I can handle it.

I felt nervous and excited as I enter my school that morning. It's because I know that it will be another tough and challenging year for me but I also felt happiness when I saw my classmates especially my old classmates and friends. I'm a third year student now so I must be more responsible on my duties and I must study harder to get better grades.

I'm still in the section of Nitrogen and I was elected as the secretary of the class. There are only three sections now in our year level unlike when we were second year we have four sections. That's why we are very many in our classroom, each section have about thirty-one to thirty-two students.

We also have new set of teachers this year so I think it will take me time to adjust because I know that each of them have different strategies to deliver well their lessons. We also have elective subjects. At first, I really want Zoology but then it was announced that all students will take Analytic Geometry so the students were divided into two sections. Our teacher in Analytic Geometry is Mrs. Jenette Saburao and the other section is under Mrs. Chato. We will also learn to speak the Spanish language and our teacher here is Mrs. Atendido, our English teacher also.

I again joined the LRC Club and I was elected as the secretary for the year level officers and for the first time I joined the YEC Club. We also have a new club in school called the Research Club. I don't know yet what we will do on this organization.

SALIW, the official dance troupe of our school held its audition this week. I watched and supported all my classmates who joined the audition. I was amazed when I saw that there are really many talented students here in our school. This week was tiring but it's super fun and exciting.

Even though I'm full of thoughts regarding this year, I will enjoy each day in this year. I will not relax but I will give my best by studying harder, doing and passing my projects on time and I will also enjoy the camaraderie of my classmates and friends. This year will not be a wasted year but a worthwhile and fulfilling year.
